A private equity firm partnered with Spacefinish to design an office space that enabled productivity, privacy and collaboration while maximizing comfort and wellness of their employees.

Finding the balance between collaboration and privacy.
We created an open workspace with grouped seating that enabled collaboration and provided sound absorbing partition panels to ensure employees had a sense of privacy. We also provided phone booths to act as focused work areas for employees.
How we maximized employee comfort and wellness.
The office uses a minimalist design with lintel lines for flawless finish, while allowing for natural light which keep employees alert and improve general health & wellness. Also provided is the exterior garden for employees to step out of the enclosed office space, unwind and find their creative side in the midst of greenery, fresh air and a gorgeous view.
Enabling productivity.
To engineer meetings with high productivity, we pushed boundaries in the boardroom with video conferencing, wire management systems, overhead speakers and motorized projector units.
