Creating a space for connections through work cafes
Sterling Bank, a leading bank in Nigeria partnered with Spacefinish to redefine the dining experience for the employees at their head office, Sterling Towers. We created a space that was relaxing, convenient and encouraged community building among employees.

How we created a relaxing space.
The designers at Spacefinish gave the cafeteria a rustic coffee shop feel by using cool color tones, natural wood, concrete flooring and quirky door art reminiscent of cafes. Single seaters were also provided for employees who want to step out of their daily office routine to work in a quiet space.
How the space encourages community building.
We provided group seating where teams could have brainstorming sessions over coffee or catch up on general activity over lunch. The lounge area was also designed as a pocket space where employees from various departments could interact, network, have a relaxing break or bond over shared interests.
