Wema Bank, one of Nigeria’s oldest financial institutions, was undergoing a transformation. From pioneering Africa’s first fully digital bank, ALAT, to embracing new customer engagement models, Wema needed a physical headquarters that matched its ambition.
Yet, its previous reception area no longer supported its vision. It was static in a fast-evolving banking landscape, limiting brand experience and the kind of dynamic thinking modern banking requires.

As banking shifts from transactional to experiential, physical space must evolve from traditional banking setups to dynamic environments that enable digital-first-approach, innovation, and customer-first thinking.
In the future of banking, spaces would not only foster customer experience but emphasize the importance of security. This will signal business agility, and serve as a canvas for digital transformation.

We introduced Intelligent Audio-viduals, interactive displays, and future-ready infrastructure that complements digital operations for guests check-in at the Wema Bank headquarters.
