Public environments to nurture product innovation often lacked flexibility, collaboration features, and the technological infrastructure needed to support growing startups.

Aligning with the vision of the Federal Government of Nigeria's ambition to establish 24 innovation and skills hubs nationwide. The Ilorin Innovation Hub was envisioned as a launchpad for startups and a catalyst for the broader ecosystem within Kwara State.
Our Solutions
1. Spatial Design Optimization: We developed adaptable layouts that transition between focused work, group collaboration and community events.
2. Technology-Equipped Rooms: Implemented smart training rooms, incubation suites, and digital labs equipped with state-of-the-art tools for prototyping, testing, and training.
3. Project Management: Managed a multidisciplinary team of design, security, and technology remotely to deliver a world class workspace solution.

In September 2024, the Ilorin Innovation Hub welcomed esteemed dignitaries, including Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu; Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq; Her Excellency Hajiya Nana Shettima; Spacefinish CEO and Founder, Remi Dada; Managing Director of the Ilorin Innovation Hub, Temi Kolawole; and other distinguished leaders.

Results
1. National Visibility: Kwara State has positioned itself as a credible destination for tech advancement, attracting national attention through visits from Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, alongside state and federal leaders across the 36 states.
2. Talent Empowerment: Since the inauguration, the hub has supported over 50,000 talents with access to resources, training for scale-ups, structured mentorship, and incubation pipelines for young innovators.
3. Economic Diversification: By leveraging public-private partnerships and tech-enabled enterprises, Kwara State has successfully diversified revenue streams, establishing the hub as a key driver for producing Africa’s next generation of unicorns.
