DHL, one of the world's largest freight logistics company, wanted to establish its first command centre for its Lagos distribution line.
DHL wanted to create a command centre that enhances its operational efficiency and provided exceptional customer satisfaction.

How we optimized the space.
Following a comprehensive feasibility study, it was identified that the existing distribution center was undersized, posing a hindrance to operational efficiency during both peak and non-peak hours. The workspace strategic goal was clear: Optimize the distribution center's design to ensure seamless operations and efficiency, regardless of the varying demands in traffic.
1.Spatial Design Optimization: We introduced a functional space tailored to facilitate seamless and exceptional service delivery between DHL and its customers.
2. Technology Deployment: We equipped DHL with the necessary technological tools to ensure that their operations were amplified for maximum efficiency and productivity.

We used flexible and dynamic mobile furniture to allow for free movement within the distribution center. To create the perception of a larger space we introduced surface cladding that accentuated the vertical void to make the room feel much more expansive. We engineered the user experience by designing the most efficient circulation path for customers dropping off and picking up packages.
